I know this is hard to see, but that little body in the yellow vest is Mason snowboarding! Eric took him up to Powder Horn (the resort 40 min from our house) for group lessons and he ended up being the only kid in the class. Can't beat a 2 hour private lesson for the price of a group lesson! Eric said he did great, but purposely crashed every time he picked up a little speed. I guess he was a little nervous. But he went on the chair lift by himself and learned to stop by turning on his heels. He was so proud when he came home yesterday and can't stop talking about when he can go again. I wish it wasn't so expensive - ahhhh! Next time I'm taking him up so I can see him in action. I can't believe our little guy is a boarder now, when did he get so big?

Boarder

That is awesome! I am getting Mia in skiing lessons next winter. I can't wait!
That is so cute! That's great he has taken to it so easily. I think Ethen was about that age when he first learned to ski, and he picked up on it easily too!
How funny that Becca (aka Dr. Liggett) is your pediatritian. She is a good one. It's a small world. I will for sure call you when I am down there again. Same for you too...when you are down here. :)

Wow! Awesome Mason, way to go! We are hopefully getting Daniel skiing lessons this February (and Isabella too!). We miss Colorado, we used to go to Steamboat Springs every year...before we had kids!! Glad to see Eric was feeling well to make the trip!!
Soo cute! I was just thinking the same thing as I was watching Ty getting out of the neighbor's car and walking in our front door after preschool. It seems like yesterday they were so little...
Wow! I'm so impressed! I would fall whenever I got speed, too!
