Farewell, Old Port, you served Eric well,by saving his veins from an IV hell.
You looked strange, awful, and bad,
a reminder of cancer that made all of us sad.
So, you will not be missed, no not one lick,
the chemo you delivered made Eric feel sick.
But now he is healthy, happy, and free,
from chemo and shots and cancer's misery.
We hope not to see you ever again,
farewell, Old Port, this is the end.
