Christmas Morning

AHHHH...Christmas was perfect! It was the first time we have woken up Christmas morning in our own house with just our little family, and we LOVED IT! The boys were told they couldn't get up before 6:30, but Eric heard them talking in their room sometime in the 4:00 range. They were so excited! I especially loved how excited they were to give us the presents they had selected at their school's holiday gift shop.

Mason and Logan both wanted Legos and Santa delivered! Now our living room is constantly covered in Legos, but the boys are so happy building that I don't even mind the mess.

Santa brought Paige a kitchen, but she didn't care about it until she was done eating pretty much every piece of candy in her stocking.
My parents bought the boys Leapsters which was great because it satisfied their desires for a DS (at least for the moment).
They boys got a basketball hoop for Christmas that ended up being from us after Mason caught sight of it being built in the garage - oops!
After we opened up presents, ate a delicious breakfast, and enjoyed everything about Christmas morning, we headed up to our local ski resort for a few hours. Paige didn't ski, but she was content to hang out looking cute while the boys shredded some snow.
After an afternoon on the slopes, we headed home for Christmas dinner and a relaxing evening to contemplate all we have to be grateful for. It was the perfect day!
