So to distract myself, I am posting about the happy days we have had lately.
I had a great Mother's Day. I wanted a nice picture of my cute little family before church, but of course this is as good as it got. I guess expecting 3 kids to keep their eyes open and smile at a blinking light is too much to ask. But, my husband (who was feeling pretty ill and tired) made sure I got a break from getting up early with Paige and making dinner. And he and the boys bought me chocolates and flowers - it doesn't get better than that! I am one lucky lady, that's for sure!
These two pictures make me laugh because of Paige's expressions. Both Logan and Paige LOVE this pink blanket. I won it at the first Bunco party I ever went to in Philadelphia (thanks Staci!). Logan adopted it as his own when he was two and snuggles with it all the time when he watches TV. Lately Paige has started clinging to this blanket too and so they fight over it when they are on the floor. Paige has quite the temper, so Logan usually gives in. 
Here she is once she won. Pure anger to pure contentment. She knows how to get what she wants around this house and unfortunately it usually involves yelling. Any advice on anger management for a one year old?
We had a pool/slip-n-slide party at my neighbors house recently and the kids had a blast. I am so grateful for good friends here!
I am loving the warm weather and am hoping the 100 degree temps don't come too soon. 80 degrees is just right!
Paige learned to walk this week too! I have been trying to get some footage on video but it hasn't happened yet. Hopefully I'll be able to post something soon - it's pretty cute!Say some extra prayers for us on Monday that the chemo will destroy any remaining cancer cells and that Eric will be spared having to have a transplant. We will be fasting for him on Monday if anyone would like to join us. Thanks for all your support!

Megan, Paige is the cutest! Those are some great pictures... :) I think your family portrait is pretty typical. Pics of young families all looking attentively at the camera are definitely photoshopped. We will be fasting for Eric on Monday. love you.
Oh...I hope and pray that this final round of Chemo will do the trick and your poor hubby will be able to get some rest. I can't believe that Eric made sure to give you a nice mothers day even though he was feeling crapy. He is so amazing to do that. I will be thinking about you guys Monday and will also be participating in the fast. I hope, I hope, I hope this will all be over soon.
Monday's a big day. My niece will have her tests back to let us know if the cancer is out of her bone marrow that day also. I hope his last round goes well. We will be fasting and praying for both of you on Monday. He's a strong guy. And you are a strong woman! Your kids are adorable!

I'm so glad my great find at Kohls is bringing lots of happiness to your family! :) So funny. I bought the same blanket for myself. I love it, but it's khaki brown and so, so ugly. I don't know what it is about those blankets... We will definitely be praying and fasting for Eric.

I think Paige and Lulu would get along really well...or fight a lot. She is just as aggressive and has just as much anger issues as your little girl. I love it. She is SO adorable! I hope Eric is OK and cancer free. I love you guys. I will keep you in my prayers.

PAIGE!!! So funny and so stinkin' cute! Have fun in Mexico. You deserve every minute of relaxation!!! Jared keeps asking about Eric. We are both very hopeful and anxious for you both to be done with this ordeal. We'll keep praying for you.
