Girl Time

I've been feeling a little spoiled lately because I've been able to do some very fun things with girlfriends in New York City. On the 7th, I went to see my friend Mehrsa (who lives in the city) and her newborn baby girl. After visiting with her, I met some friends to see Lion King and it was amazing! The costumes were spectacular, I highly recommend it!
The next week, I went to see the taping of Rachael Ray, also in NY. We all recieved copies of her newest cookbook - "Just in Time."
The show was fun, but we were tired of clapping after doing it over and over for almost 3 hours!
I'll let you know when the shows are airing (we taped 2), I was on the second row, so you might just get a glimpse of me!
Thanks to Sarah, Jill, Jordan, and Eric (of course!) who all pitched in to watch my kids so I could goof off! I owe all of you!

alright, I saw the pic of you in front of the Lion King sign on others blogs. I don't know why, but I couldn't figure out who you were--I finally saw it on yours, and enlarged it and saw that it was you! I was like, "oh, its Megan." I just figured out why I didn't recognize you, it's because I thought you put blonde highlights in your hair, but then I realized that the sign is making your hair look blonde. Sorry, I know that was a weird comment, but It's been bugging me for a while that i couldn't recognize you. Lame!

VERY FUN!!! Your hair is getting so long! I love that you are holding the book upside down in the picture. Looks like you've been having a great time.

Looks like fun. You deserve it...enjoy it now before Eric takes you guys to small town USA and you can't enjoy the city life nearly as often.

It was so much fun to see you. Thanks so much for visiting. Wish we had taken a cute picture for the blog. maybe next time.

AND I can't wait for Lucia and little Megan Jr. to be friends.

Names: I really like Grace and Hannah--both names I wanted for Lucia but was vetoed.
